Moms That Move

Empower your body and energize your week with "Moms that Move," a dynamic fitness class designed just for moms. Join us three days a week to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Start your week with calming balance, barre and stretching on Mondays, recharge midweek with strength and endurance training on Wednesdays, and dance your way into the weekend with a fun and exhilarating cardio dance session on Fridays. Whether you're looking to tone, de-stress, or just have some fun, this class has something for every mom.

Vibe & Thrive:

Active Kids

A lively fitness and dance program tailored for children in grades 1st-3rd (typically ages 6-9).

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING ALL AGES in leu of CA crisis...This dynamic class combines engaging exercises, rhythmic exploration, and interactive fitness activities designed to boost coordination, build strength, and foster teamwork. By enhancing key physical skills, the program helps kids excel in PE, sports, and other physical activities. Through music, choreography, and creative challenges, children will develop confidence, enhance social skills, and cultivate a love of movement in a fun and supportive environment.
