Everyday Strong
Everyday Strong is a coach-led, interval-based workout designed to build total-body strength, power, and endurance. Using 45-second work intervals across three thoughtfully programmed circuits, this class blends functional fitness principles with smart strength training to support everyday movement and long-term performance. Expect efficient, no-fluff training that meets you where you are and helps you leave stronger than you came.

Strong Moms: Tiny sidekicks
Strong Moms: Tiny Sidekicks follows the same coach-led, interval-based format as Everyday Strong, focused on building total-body strength, power, and endurance through functional training. The difference? Moms are welcome to bring their little ones along. Kids may occasionally become added resistance — sometimes by design, sometimes without warning — while moms move through efficient circuits in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Same workout, same results, just with real life mixed in.
