Ballet Body

Experience a low-impact, ballet-inspired workout that sculpts, tones, and strengthens the entire body while improving flexibility, balance, and posture. Certified through American Barre Technique®, this class fuses classical ballet movements with strength and aerobic elements for a mindful, full-body experience. Suitable for all levels and paced to meet you where you are.


Women with small babies or children not in school are welcome to bring their children to class.

Everyday Strong

Everyday Strong is a coach-led, interval-based workout designed to build total-body strength, power, and endurance. Using 45-second work intervals across three thoughtfully programmed circuits, this class blends functional fitness principles with smart strength training to support everyday movement and long-term performance. Expect efficient, no-fluff training that meets you where you are and helps you leave stronger than you came.

Vibe & Thrive

This high-energy, 1-hour homeschool enrichment class blends fitness and dance into one structured, confidence-building experience.

Each class includes:
• Dynamic warm-up
• Strength and coordination training
• Sneaker-friendly dance styles including hip hop, K-pop, musical theater, and creative movement
• Choreography that builds performance skills and stage presence

Students develop athleticism, musicality, and self-confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment.


Note: Jojo’s homeschool program serves a wide range of ages and experience levels. The Wednesday class is designed as a mixed-age group and will focus on sneaker-friendly dance styles. If there are significant differences in ability, or if a student is interested in styles such as ballet, tap, or other specialized training, private or small-group sessions are available by appointment. Designated time slots are Mondays from 12:00–1:00 PM and Fridays from 9:00–10:00 AM. Please call for scheduling and pricing details. Students who are interested in participating in select adult classes may be considered based on readiness and overall fit.
